What's the difference between Core and Pro?
Core is the complete home exercise program. Your physical therapists build and assign protocols, patients follow them in the app, and you see adherence, pain trends and at-risk alerts in real time. Pro adds Remote Therapeutic Monitoring on top of that, so the monitoring work your team is already doing is tracked against CPT 98975 to 98981, with the review time log and signed documentation packets an audit would ask for. The patient experience is identical on both plans.
Is RTM only for Medicare patients?
No. Medicare introduced the RTM codes, and a growing number of commercial and private payers now recognize them too. Coverage and rates vary by payer, plan and state, so confirm with each payer before you bill. Rehabity tracks the logged days, review time and interactive communication that these codes require, and produces the supporting documentation. Determining eligibility and submitting the claim stays with your clinic.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from your clinic dashboard. Upgrading from Core to Pro takes effect right away and is prorated for the rest of your billing period. Moving from Pro back to Core takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep RTM access for everything you have already paid for. Your billing history and records stay intact either way.
Is the beta price really locked in forever?
Yes. Beta partners who join during this phase keep their beta rate for the lifetime of their subscription, even after we move to general availability pricing. That is $19.99/mo on Core and $49.99/mo on Pro, per physical therapist.
How are physical therapists counted?
Pricing is per physical therapist account. If your clinic has 5 physical therapists, you pay 5 × your plan's rate. You can add or remove physical therapists as your team changes.
Are there patient limits?
No. Each physical therapist can have an unlimited number of active patients in the system, on either plan.
What happens after beta?
New customers after general availability will be charged at standard pricing: $39.99/mo per physical therapist on Core and $99.99/mo on Pro. Your beta rate stays the same as long as your subscription remains active.
