What's the difference between Core and Pro?
Core is the complete home exercise program. Your physical therapists build and assign protocols, patients follow them in the app, and you see adherence, pain trends and at-risk alerts in real time. Pro adds Remote Therapeutic Monitoring on top of that, so the monitoring work your team is already doing is tracked against CPT 98975 to 98981, with the review time log and signed documentation packets an audit would ask for. The patient experience is identical on both plans.
Is RTM only for Medicare patients?
Mostly, today. Traditional Medicare Part B clearly covers RTM and lets physical therapists bill it. Commercial coverage is genuinely mixed and is not trending one way: Anthem covers RTM when its criteria are met, while Cigna excludes every RTM code for any indication. Medicare Advantage and Medicaid vary by plan and state. We keep a sourced, dated breakdown of what each payer's own policy says in our RTM coverage guide. Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from your clinic dashboard. Upgrading from Core to Pro takes effect right away and is prorated for the rest of your billing period. Moving from Pro back to Core takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep RTM access for everything you have already paid for. Your billing history and records stay intact either way.
How does the 50% introductory discount work?
Your first invoices are half price: 1 month on Core, and 2 months on Pro and Max. RTM takes longer to pay a clinic back, since a 30-day period has to close before you can bill it, so those plans get a longer runway. After that you are billed the standard rate: $29.99/mo per block of 10 therapists on Core, or $99.99/mo on Pro and $199.99/mo on Max for each therapist you designate to bill RTM. On Pro and Max therapist accounts themselves are never billed and are unlimited. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so you will see your exact first payment before you confirm, and every invoice shows the discount and when it ends. You can cancel online at any point, including before the discount runs out.
How are physical therapists counted?
It depends on the plan, and on Pro and Max the answer is that they mostly are not. Core is billed in blocks of 10 physical therapists: 1 to 10 therapists is $29.99/mo, 11 to 20 is $59.98/mo, and so on. Pro and Max include unlimited therapist accounts and bill only for the therapists you designate to bill RTM, so a 45-therapist clinic where one person handles RTM pays for one. You can add or remove therapists as your team changes.
Are there patient limits?
Not for regular patients , because every plan lets you treat an unlimited number of patients in the app, with unlimited exercise programs, messaging and adherence data. The only limit is on RTM patients specifically: Pro covers 15 RTM-enrolled patients per RTM-designated therapist, and Max removes that limit entirely. Core does not include RTM billing.
What happens when the introductory months are up?
Your subscription continues automatically at the standard rate, $29.99/mo per block of 10 therapists on Core, or $99.99/mo on Pro and $199.99/mo on Max per RTM-designated therapist, and renews monthly until you cancel. Nothing else changes and you do not need to take any action. If you would rather not continue, you can cancel online at any time before the discount ends and you will not be charged the standard rate.
